panorama3THE CANNONA DATABASE - Data Service

Welcome to the Cannona Database!

The data collected throughout the years in the Cannona Erosion Plots are included in the Cannona Database (CDB). The CDB represents a data collection which is unique in Italy, showing the long-term response of soil to natural rainfall in terms of runoff and soil erosion during more than a decade of experimentation. It includes data for more than 200 runoff events and over 70 soil loss events; moreover, periodic measurements for soil physical characteristics are included for the experimental site.

stripThe CDB contains the collected and validated datasets (Table) that could be downloaded from the website. Data included in the CannonaDB are validated, but changes could occur in the dataset. Please, check the data updates (at bottom of this page) and establish contact with Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. The following reference should be cited in all presentations and publications in which the data downloaded from the Cannona Database webpage is used:

The following table contains a preview of the data available, where you can check what file/files you are interested in. After that, scroll down to the bottom of this page and press "go to Cannona Database". You will be required to fill out a information form with contact details, please fill out the form as complete as possible. Please, fill it: after that you will come to the download page!
